Below is a summary of one thing on what went well, what did not go well, and what I learned for week 50 in the year 2019 as well as a brief overview of the upcoming plans I have for week 51:

What went well?	I got my flu shot on Friday.
What did not go well?	I had a sore throat on Wednesday and Thursday. On Friday, that sore throat also turned into a cough.
What is one thing I learned?	If I do not "bundle up" when it is cold outside, I likely am going to get sick like I am now.
What are my plans for the coming week?	I plan on being more careful when I am outside so I do not get sick again. I will buy hand sanitizer to help with this as well.
